Chicken Wings-20 pieces (whole 10 )
All purpose powder-for dusting
Ginger-1tbsp (chopped finely)
Green Chilly-2(finely chopped)
Dry red chilly-4
Red Chilly Paste-1tbsp
Cut the wings into 2 parts with skin ..Wash thoroughly ,drain and keep aside..
In a glass bowl pour buttermilk,soya sauce,pepper powder,chilly powder and salt .Mix well..
Now combine the wings to these batter and keep in the fridge for minimum 2 hours..
Then take out the wings from the batter and dust with refined flour (maida).
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry till light golden brown(medium flame) ..Will take 10 minutes minimum
Take out the fried wings into a kitchen tissue and keep aside..
Now heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan ,then add dry red slits .
Saute for few seconds ,then add ginger-garlic and finely chopped green chilly
Saute until the raw smell goes ,now reduce the fire and add all the sauces one by one ..
Then add vinegar and honey .Add small amount of boiled water..Mix well ..
No need to add the salt ,if u dont have the red chilly paste ,increase the amount of green chilly ..
When the sauce is ready taste it and u can add sauces according to ur taste ..
Finally add our fried chicken wings into the sauce and mix it well till the all the sauces are well coated to the chicken ..
Keep stirring for 5 minutes in low flame ..At last garnish with finely chopped Spring onion..
Serve hot as a starter ..So the crispy,spicy chicken wings are ready ………
