Naadan Coconut Chutney -Thega Chammanthy

Ingredients

Grated Coconut-1/2

Green Chilly-2

Small onion -1

Salt-to taste

Ginger- very small piece

For Seasoning

Mustard Seeds-1/4tsp

Curry leaves-1 string

Dry red chilly-2

Method

In a blender grind all the coconut,onion,ginger ,chilly d salt along with small amount of water to a smooth thick paste …If u want u can add peanuts (10)..It will add the taste …Heat oil in a kadai ..Then add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter ..Now add chopped dry chilly and curry leaves..Now pour the seasoning to the thick paste and mix well.. .. Serve with dosa , idly etc
