Easy Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients

Basmathi Rice-2cups

Big Onion-1/2 (slice lengthwise)

Carrot-1(very nicely chopped)

Cabbage-1cup thinly sliced

Beans-10(nicely chopped)

Cauliflower-1/4cup(small florets)

Spring Onion+celery-1/4cup

Salt-to taste

Capsicum-1(finely chopped)

Soya sauce-1tsp

Tomato Sauce-1/2tsp

Pepper powder-1tsp

Oil-2tsp

Method

Soak bas mathi rice in water for about 1o minutes .Wash and drain . Boil water in a vessel .Add rice and salt ….Salt should be tasted bit high ..(So when rice is cooked it will be correct )…When it done drain the rice and keep it aside …. if u r cooking the rice in oven then add 31/2 cup of water .

Heat oil in a pan and add spring onion .Saute for1 minute then add cauliflower florets and saute for about 2 minutes .Then add carrots, beans and capsicum .Stir well and add cabbage .Saute for 1 minute.Add soya sauce,tomato sauce , pepper powder and mix well.Now mix the cooled rice and stir well ..Decorate with finely chopped spring onion .Serve hot
