Eggs -5 nos
Big Onion sliced- 5 nos
Ginger chopped- 2 tsp
Garlic chopped or sliced-3 tsp
Green chilli sliced -3 nos
Curry leaves
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Boil the eggs and remove the shell..Keep that aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard..after it get splutter add curry leaves,onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies and saute well. Saute till oil appears.Keep the sauted things to a portion of the pan and add chilli powder,coriander powder to the same oil in the pan and saute them too.Now mix with the onion ..In to that add turmeric powder ,pepper powder, and garam masala powder and mix well.add enough salt.Now pour a cup of water and cook this mix on a simmer flame to a thick gravy.Now add the boiled eggs.Egg roast is ready to be served with Palappam or chappathi…..
